Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from creation to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues related to invoices, payments, and quality control.
  
• Conduct regular vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all purchases using Tally ERP software.
  
• Verify test certificates for electrical equipment before making payments.
