Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by identifying potential customers, presenting our cloud telephony solutions, and closing deals over phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Your key focus will be on building relationships with prospects and converting them into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and digital outreach.
• Sales Execution: Present and promote Airphone's features and benefits to potential customers, tailoring pitches to their specific business needs.
• Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and product enhancements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
