Reports To: Marketing Director.

Role Overview.

As the Chief of Marketing, you will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals, driving strategic campaigns to enhance AiR's brand presence.

You will be responsible for executing high-impact marketing initiatives, optimizing digital and offline outreach, and ensuring alignment with our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.

- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice.

- Analyse marketing performance metrics and optimise strategies accordingly.

- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to amplify outreach.

- Work closely with the Marketing Director to align marketing objectives with overall business goals.

- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, branding, or strategy.
