Servicenow Architect

• We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our ITSM tools.
• You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations, and ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to other ServiceNow developers and consultants, and collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, Workflow, APIs, and other tools.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, and others.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other methods.
• Perform system administration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Lead and participate in design and code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other ServiceNow developers and consultants.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Document and maintain technical specifications, design documents, user guides, and other project artifacts.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, architecture, modules, and features.
• Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, Workflow, APIs, and other development tools.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, and others.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other methods.
• Experience in system administration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
