Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java + Spring Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Java and the Spring framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and improve application functionality.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to manage data storage efficiently.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
