Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualization.
- Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.
- Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize Tableau performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Tableau dashboards and data sources.
- Candidates from all the branches of B.E/B.Tech are eligible.
- Candidate are allowed a maximum of one-year gap in education (after 10th standard till completion of graduation).
- Candidate must be Indian citizens.
- Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for obtaining a work visa.
- All other foreign nationals require work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India(OCI) or Person of India Origin(PIO) card to work in India.
- Candidates who have worked with us before (if any) must disclose the details to the company HR.
- Proven experience as a Tableau Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or Tableau Server Certified Professional are a plus.
- Strong experience on Design, Development, Unit Testing of the DataStage code.
