Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce architecture designs.
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and platform capabilities.
- Lead and mentor development teams in implementing Salesforce solutions, providing technical guidance and expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of Salesforce solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices for Salesforce development within the organization.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for innovation and improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce architecture, technology roadmaps, and solution design.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification highly preferred; other relevant Salesforce certifications such as System Architect or Application Architect considered.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Experience architecting integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead development teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
