Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating Office activity
• Adherence to accounting policies and procedures of the company
• Maintain the operations of accounting department.
• Bookkeeping in Tally
• Maintain Files & Accounting Documents.
• All Account rreleated work
• Maintain other file and reports in excel/ word as required.
• Prepare all supporting information for the various audits.
• Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
• bookkeeping function includes maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Fixed Assets Accounting and Reconciliation.
• Creating, updating maintaining records and database.
• Having 2/3 years of experience in independently handling GST compliances
• Knowledge of handling GST assessments and GST audits
• Handling GST & TDS Related work.
• Any other work given by Supervisor/Management.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.com
• Knowledge in Tally Prime, Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Good administration and organizational skills.
• Possess well-developed interpersonal and communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Competent, collaborate and skilled communication.
• Good Communication Skills.
