Backend Lead

We are looking for a Technical lead who can analyze business needs, identify tech solutions, and design a comprehensive implementation plan. Collaborate closely with various teams, such as developers, project managers, and analysts, to ensure effective implementation of the solution, achieving the organization's objectives.

• Identifying potential technology solutions
• Designing and planning the implementation of the chosen solution
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the solution and making necessary adjustments

Responsibilities:

• Defining and documenting the overall solution architecture
• Working together with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution
• Developing and maintaining architectural standards and best practices
• Ensuring that the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution
• Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns
• Strong with Cloud Services AWS/ Azure/ GCP
• Excellent working experience with multiple programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python
• Good understanding of DevOps tools and configurations
• Should have good working experience with Frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Flutter
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

Experience:

Overall Experience: 6 to 10yrs

As Software Engineer/ Developer: 6yrs+

As Tech lead/ Solution Architect: 2yr+
