Backend Lead - Node.js (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js .

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

- Design and manage cloud-based services using AWS and Serverless architecture.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement and maintain security best practices, ensuring the security of applications and data protection.

- Design and manage database structures using technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

- Write and maintain test cases to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high quality and performance.

- Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and other project-related activities.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (JS) and Node.js .

- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.

- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc. ).

- Knowledge of Serverless architecture and frameworks.

- Experience with writing and maintaining test cases (unit, integration, etc. ).

- Expertise in implementing and maintaining security measures and ensuring application security.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (such as HTML5 CSS3 and React.js ).

- Experience working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proven experience in developing scalable, secure, and robust backend applications using Node.js and AWS.
