Backend Developer - Node.js (3-5 yrs)

Mandatory skills : Node.js, Restful Api, Typescript, AWS, Webrtc (Minimum 2 yrs of experience in Webrtc)

Key Responsibilities :

The Backend Developer will be responsible for :

- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.

- Implement data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, etc.

- Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for communication between client applications and backend services.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security in all backend applications.

- Debug and resolve application issues and bugs.

- Optimize application performance and database queries for speed and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have :

- Strong proficiency with server-side programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).

- Experience with TypeScript for server-side development.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

- Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of security best practices in backend development.
