Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design & Visualization:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms, including banners, social media posts, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
• Translate ideas and concepts into captivating visuals that align with the brands identity.

2. Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all visual elements maintain brand consistency and meet design guidelines.
• Develop and maintain visual style guides to streamline branding efforts.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of visuals into digital products.

4. Storyboarding & Conceptualization:

• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for campaigns, videos, and product launches.
• Propose creative ideas to enhance user engagement and storytelling.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continually elevate creative outputs.
• Analyze feedback to refine and optimize designs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in visual design or similar roles.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create visually compelling and impactful designs.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech or similar industries.
• Exposure to user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with web design and development basics.
