Role : AI Engineer

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Employment Type : Full Time

Work Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Experience Range : 1-5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques

- Design and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for various AI applications

- Conduct fine-tuning of LLMs to improve performance and adapt models to specific use cases

- Write efficient and maintainable code in Python for AI/ML projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows

- Demonstrate strong ownership of projects and tasks from conception to deployment

- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and related
technologies

- Apply a seeker mindset to identify innovative solutions and overcome technical challenges

- Exhibit passion towards work and maintain unbeatable work ethics in all aspects of the role

- Effectively comprehend complex technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Top Non-Negotiable Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming

- Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)

- Expertise in Generative AI, specifically working with Large Language Models (LLMs)

- In-depth knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks

- Practical experience in fine-tuning LLMs for specific applications

Negotiable Skills :

- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools

- Familiarity with Computer Vision and Image Processing techniques

- Understanding of Transfer Learning concepts and applications

- Ability to set and work towards long-term and short-term goals
