Assistant Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in regular Dispatches to 20 Distributors and Warehousing activity.
• Stock taking of Finished Goods
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
• Work in close coordination and as per directions of Director Commercial.
• Provide regular MIS on sales performance.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Coordinate with marketing department .
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain Reconciliation statement of ITC of GST
• Maintain record of Customs Duty of Goods Imported under IGCR (Concessional Duty)

Preferred candidate profile

Thorough Knowledge of MS Office and SAP B1 (Invoicing)

15 plus years experience of warehousing and dispatch

Knowledge of Advanced Excel with knowledge of Import clearance documentations

Must have good inter personal skills and positive attitude.
