Brief Responsibilities

Managing & overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department

Bank Report & Bank Reconciliation

ERP - Review of monthly entry, Trial Balance

Verification of ERP data of Stores & Production

Management of Vendor reconciliation & timely closing of the same

Documentation for Foreign remittance - both Inward & Outward

Periodic Operations & Budget reports

GST return filing (GSTR - 3B & GSTR - 1) & GSTR2A Reconciliation

Monthly TDS payment as per section & issuing Form 16 for the same

To complete the requirements of Auditors for Internal Audit

Review & preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow & General Ledger Accounting

Reconciliation of Accounts payable & Accounts Receivable on monthly basis

Coordination for Annual Statutory Audit

Physical Verification of Inventory & Assets

Responding to queries from vendors

Salary & Provident Fund payment

Payments - Supplier, Rents, Consultancy, etc.

This position requires frequent interaction with banks and financial institutions and should have hands-on exposure to FD, Loans process, internet banking facility and other banking facilities provided by bank to corporates.
