Site Engineer

The Civil Projects Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
• Construction Oversight:
• Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety and compliance.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate project updates and progress to senior management.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Should be able to read drawings and ensure plans are executed as per drawings.
• Minimum of [5 -7] years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Knowledge of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
