Job Description - AGM (CCD - Head)
Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Cost Control Division (CCD)
Experience: 16+ Years
Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office)
Qualification: BE / DME
Key Responsibilities:
BOQ Estimations & Pricing: Support the team in working on Bill of Quantities (BOQs), estimations, pricing, and designing for HVAC products.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to team members, including selection and pricing of Air Handling Units (AHUs).
Design & Engineering:
- Develop technical proposals, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), mechanical and thermal design engineering based on customer-approved general arrangement drawings.
- Create layouts, designs, drawings, and documentation while making necessary modifications.
- Manage research, design, testing, and production processes for the entire product line.
Product Development & Coordination:
- Provide technical inputs and engineering support from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and customers to ensure design specifications align with their requirements.
Drawing & Documentation:
- Supervise and guide the preparation of submittal drawings for consultant and client approvals.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and commercial offers.
Bidding & Pricing Strategy:
- Oversee the bidding process, from bid floating to contract award.
- Use Artificial Intelligence to analyze market competition and determine competitive pricing.
Techno-Commercial Negotiations: Coordinate with external agencies for negotiations, contract document preparation, cost estimation, billing, and variation proposals.
Customer Engagement & Strategy: Present proposals to customers and provide strategic solutions based on customer feedback and market insights.
Team Leadership: Manage and guide team dynamics, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration.
