Key Responsibilities Include:.

Managing and monitoring security tools and protocols.

Providing technical support and troubleshooting IT-related issues within the organisation.

Overseeing network and system administration.

Ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulations.

Assisting with user management and IT projects.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.

Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and security incidents.

Ensure the reliability and availability of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.

Implement and manage security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus solutions.

Conduct regular security assessments, including vulnerability scans and penetration tests.

Respond to and manage security incidents, including analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery.

Assist in preparing for and participating in ISO 27001 audits and certification processes.

Requirements.

Qualifications:.

Bachelors degree.

3+ years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in security technologies and IT infrastructure.

Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.

A strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards is essential for this role.
