Position : Senior Full-Stack Developer (React.js, Python, MariaDB).

Location : Onsite.

Working Days : 6 days a week.

Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Progressive Web Application (PWA) development, experience with React.js on the front end, and Python on the back end.

- Additionally, you will take a leadership role in team management, UI library creation, and code reviews, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring project milestones are met and code quality is maintained.

- Code Maintenance: Maintain and optimize existing codebases, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability.

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of a custom UI component library.

- Web Application Development: Develop interactive and responsive web applications, focusing on excellent user experience using React.js.

Progressive Web Apps (PWA): Design and build Progressive Web Applications, enabling a seamless, app-like experience across platforms.

API Integration: Integrate REST APIs, webhooks, and various third-party services to facilitate dynamic data flows.

Hardware API Integration: Work with hardware-related third-party APIs for seamless interaction between software and hardware components.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to improve performance.

Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the development process.

Qualifications and Skills:.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on front-end using React.js.

Technical Proficiency :

- Front-End : Expertise in React.js for building interactive and responsive UIs.

Back-End :

- Proficiency in Python for server-side development.

Database :

- Experience with MariaDB for handling and optimizing databases.

Additional Skills :

- Strong knowledge of REST API integration and webhooks.

- Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA).

- Familiarity with integrating hardware-related APIs and third-party services.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to team management.

Other Requirements :

- Willing to work onsite.
