About Us:

• Facilitate team-level Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, User Story Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Demos
• Establish and communicate iteration plans, including internal drop dates for stories and L8/E2E drop dates for committed features
• Manage risks and dependencies at the team level
• Track and resolve team-level impediments, escalating issues when necessary
• Participate in the Scrum of Scrums (SOS) to provide team updates, especially on blockers, impediments, and dependencies, and present mitigation plans when available; ensure team representation in case of absence
• Oversee the tracking and execution of user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Business Analysts to ensure the Team backlog is groomed and prepared for the Program Increment (PI)
• Facilitate iteration and feature demos at the end of each iteration or upon feature completion
• Participate in the Community of Practice, applying engineering and Built-in Quality (BIQ) practices, and share knowledge to help other teams improve
• Promote lean Agile practices to enhance team efficiency
• Update and publish the team dashboard in Azure DevOps for each release
• Ensure that Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA) for all bugs the team addresses are detailed and recorded in Azure DevOps
• Follow up on action items identified during retrospectives with the designated owners
• Ensure Tech Leads or their backups are present and actively participate during SRS, PI, and demo sessions
• Engage the team throughout the entire release, ensuring the committed capacity of QA members is utilized from day one, like the development team
