Accounts Payable - The incumbent to provide administrative and accounting support in Account Payable arena. we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. The accounts payable (AP) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors and suppliers.

Specific responsibilities include: -

Ensure process deliverables are within TAT and process changes are timely updated.
End to End solutioning of queries received from vendors/PO buyers & requestors.
Support enterprise and inhouse driven projects.
Identify process improvisation opportunities.
Ensures SOX compliance.
Support Month end close activities.
Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.

Expertise in scrutinizing fraudulent attempts at AP mail node and ensuring appropriate handling and prevention

Qualifications

Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typically at least 3-6 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.

B. Com or master s degree or equivalent with typically 3 to 5 years of experience.
Have good knowledge of different Accounts payable function and proficient in handling Vendor Queries to derive solutioning focusing vendor satisfaction.
Self-Driven and results oriented.
Strong analytical and accounting knowledge
Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.
Excellent communication (written & oral) .
Excellent analytical skill and expertise in excel spreadsheet
