Accounts Payable - The incumbent to provide administrative and accounting support in Account Payable arena. we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. Accounts Payable - The incumbent to provide administrative and accounting support in Account Payable arena. we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. The accounts payable (AP) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors and suppliers.
Specific responsibilities include: -
- Ensure process deliverables are within TAT and process changes are timely updated.
- End to End solutioning of queries received from vendors/PO buyers & requestors.
- Support enterprise and inhouse driven projects.
- Identify process improvisation opportunities.
- Ensures SOX compliance.
- Support Month end close activities.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Expertise in scrutinizing fraudulent attempts at AP mail node and ensuring appropriate handling and prevention
Qualifications Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically at least 3-6 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.

- B. Com or master s degree or equivalent with typically 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Have good knowledge of different Accounts payable function and proficient in handling Vendor Queries to derive solutioning focusing vendor satisfaction.
- Self-Driven and results oriented.
- Strong analytical and accounting knowledge
- Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.
- Excellent communication (written & oral) .
- Excellent analytical skill and expertise in excel spreadsheet
