Job Description
Position: DGM - Accounts & Controllership
Location: Bhubaneshwar (Corporate Office)
Industry: Manufacturing
Experience: 15-20 years (CA Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare standalone & consolidated financial statements
- Audit Management: Coordinate with statutory, internal, and cost auditors
- Financial Controls: Establish and monitor financial controls and compliance
- ERP Management: Work with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for finance & costing
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle Companies Act, SEBI, Income Tax, GST, Customs, RBI, FEMA laws
- Trade Finance: Manage smooth trade finance operations
Ideal Profile:
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS
- Expertise in cost audits and financial control automation
- Experience with ERP finance modules
- Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
