Associate Director - B2B Product

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B travel solutions.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Solution Development:
  • Drive end-to-end development of corporate travel booking platforms, including flights, hotels, cabs, visas, and expense management solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and external vendors, to deliver seamless product experiences.
  • Engage with corporate clients to gather insights and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and compliance requirements to ensure solutions remain best-in-class.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance to ensure integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and payment gateways.
  • Oversee architecture planning, ensuring robust and future-proof product frameworks.
• Product Performance & Optimization:
  • Monitor product performance and user adoption, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead post-launch activities, including debugging, updates, and feature rollouts.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on travel technology and B2B solutions.
• Proven track record in building and managing corporate travel platforms, including experience with travel and expense management tools.
• Strong understanding of integrations with GDS, OTAs, payment gateways, and third-party service providers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain in the travel domain.
• Experience working with multinational corporations and global travel requirements.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in corporate travel.
