3. Demand Analysis: Position inventory effectively on assigned flights by studying demand patterns, seasonal trends, and market behavior.
4. Competitive Pricing: Monitor and adjust market fares based on demand, competitor activities, and market inputs to ensure IndiGo maintains competitive pricing.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to understand market conditions and align IndiGos pricing strategies accordingly.
6. Forecasting: Manage demand forecasts by analyzing historical data and projecting future trends to maximize revenue potential.
7. Overbooking Strategy: Evaluate and implement economically viable overbooking strategies to optimize seat utilization.
8. System Management: Oversee and update Revenue Management (RM) systems to ensure efficient operations and data accuracy.
9. Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive reporting on competitor activities, identifying opportunities and threats in the market.
