Zonal Agency Development Manager

Role overview:

Part of Agency sales team and a key enabler for Distribution development which is a critical activity to facilitate Agency channel business growth. Should influence and support field sales team in developing a robust distribution and provide an excellent onboarding experience to new Financial Consultants to sustain and retain their performance.

Roles & responsibilities:

Distribution Development:

• Implementation of pre-defined Channel Initiatives on Distribution Development
• Building Distribution as per assigned Targets
• Identify and create the Distribution Development activities that enlarges the sales performance of assigned branches
• Responsible to deliver channel distribution penetration plan and contribute to business impact
• Monitor & review Distribution Development plan vs achievement & take appropriate course corrections

Onboarding Financial Consultants:

• Activation and Performance enhancement of FC as per assigned targets
• Liaison with different stake holders and implement National Induction Training Calendar for new Financial consultants
• Facilitate an awesome onboarding experience for newly licensed Financial Consultants by helping in Goals identification, earning potential and assist in Business objectives planning along with sales stake holders
• Retain new financial consultants by Inducting & making them active in Insurance Business within laid out time frame
• Monitor FLS implementing organization strategies that support new Financial consultants during joint field calls & closures
• Work with Partner to gain their share of R and R schemes

Financial Consultants Development in their early Career:

• Leveraging ongoing FC skill building programs
• Collaborating with Agency Life program managers towards handing over of newly licensed FCs for further productivity

Desired skills & requirements:

1. Planning Ability (MS Office knowledge includes Excel & PPT is must)
2. Team Handling of (8-10 ADMs), Managing & Motivational ability
3. Assessing Zonal level Business Problems and Fixing them with Strategic Solutions
4. Open to travel for about 10-12 days in a month
