Sr. Manager/ Chief Manager - Business Development

Functional Competencies:

• Experience in Business Development will be an advantage.
• Experienced in Distribution in Alternate Channels
• Understanding the business opportunities in retail and group in Banks, NBFCs and MFIs
• Proven ability to connect with people and senior management.
• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Business Development across set of mapped and new accounts.
• Adopt Consultative B2B alliance process to identify new opportunities.
• Make Client Pitches, structure commercial proposals to acquire partners.
• Support in product and process development strategy by providing competition mapping.
• Present Ageas Federal capabilities across Banca, Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency for signing up new partnerships.
