Role & responsibilities

• Assist customers in buying and selling properties.
• Generate leads through hot calling, networking, and site visits.
• Present property options to clients and negotiate deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and builders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong sales skills can apply).
• Graduation/Post-graduation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
