Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry and a strong foundation in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role requires a proactive individual who can deliver insights, support decision-making, and contribute to the companys strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project cash flow models, including debt-related projections and incorporating debt terms.
• Manage weekly and monthly forecasting of cash flows by gathering inputs from all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the companys annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts, providing insights into performance drivers.
• Collaborate with project teams to track and report project-wise profitability, cost overruns, and revenue recognition.
• Support senior management in strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and lenders.
• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field; CA Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, specifically in the real estate sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with real estate project financials, including revenue recognition and cost control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems used in real estate.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the real estate sector.
