We are seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join our team. This role is critical in driving the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization, including our five business units. You will report to the Director of FP&A and working cross functionally with key senior stakeholders; this position will drive financial strategy while leveraging analytics to enhance business performance.
How you will make an impact
Lead aspects of the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across all business units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align financial plans with strategic objectives, across all business units.
Develop and execute data-driven financial strategies that align with overall company objectives.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses.
Partner with leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and other strategic projects.
Build financial models to assess the impact of business decisions and scenarios.
Provide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to senior management and the Board of Directors
Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
What we are looking for
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management consulting, investment banking, healthcare administration / finance, or other relevant fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Healthcare Services, Managed Care and/or FinTech industries.
