Job Title: English Teacher Primary Section

Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of teaching experience at the primary level

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field (B.A./M.A. in English, B.Ed. preferred)
• Teaching certification or diploma in education (preferred)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Use interactive teaching methods to develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Introduce phonics, vocabulary building, and basic grammar concepts effectively.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for young learners.
• Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, and interactive activities.
• Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
• Maintain accurate student records and report progress to school leadership.
• Encourage creativity and expression through storytelling, role-play, and writing exercises.
• Foster a love for reading and comprehension among students.
• Implement classroom management techniques to maintain a disciplined and positive learning atmosphere.
• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development programs.

• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching young learners.
• Ability to use creative teaching aids and technology in lessons.

Salary: 30000 to 45000
