English Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate English Teacher who is an expert in Vocabulary, Grammar, Reading Comprehension, and Verbal Ability to prepare students for CUET, IPMAT, JIPMAT, and other competitive entrance exams. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, a deep understanding of exam patterns, and the ability to teach 11th and 12th-grade students effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Subject Expertise & Teaching

• Deliver high-quality English classes focused on vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, para jumbles, sentence correction, and verbal reasoning.
• Teach shortcut techniques, strategies, and approaches to solve questions quickly and accurately.
• Conduct both concept-based and practice-based sessions to ensure strong fundamentals.

2. Curriculum Development & Content Creation

• Design a structured syllabus covering all major topics as per the latest entrance exam trends.
• Develop study materials, worksheets, quizzes, and practice tests to enhance student learning.
• Create mock tests and time-based practice exercises to simulate real exam conditions.

3. Student Engagement & Doubt Resolution

• Conduct interactive and engaging classes to keep students motivated.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring for students struggling with specific topics.
• Organize weekly doubt-solving sessions to ensure conceptual clarity.

4. Mock Tests & Performance Analysis

• Conduct regular mock exams to track students' progress.
• Evaluate test results and identify common mistakes to help students improve.
• Guide students in exam-taking strategies and time management techniques.

5. Online & Offline Teaching Adaptability

• Conduct both classroom and online teaching (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).
• Utilize digital teaching tools, PowerPoint presentations, and online test portals to enhance learning.
• Record sessions and create pre-recorded content for revision and self-study.

6. Continuous Learning & Research

• Stay updated with the latest changes in CUET, IPMAT, JIPMAT, and other entrance exam patterns.
• Research new teaching methodologies and innovative ways to make English learning engaging.
• Collaborate with faculty members to maintain high teaching standards.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Strong command of the English language with expertise in vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension.
• Prior experience in teaching English for competitive entrance exams (CUET, IPMAT, JIPMAT, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage students.
• Ability to teach shortcut techniques and effective reading strategies.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills to guide students in verbal ability questions.
• Tech-savvy with experience using online teaching tools and digital content creation.
