Role :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planning Manager/Engineer to join our team
This role requires understanding of Project Management in Engineering Consultancy space
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting, monitoring, co-ordination with the Project Management Team of ARY India. The key responsibilities of the proposed position include,
Acquire the knowledge of the AFRYs Project Management Guidelines. Ensuring the compliance of the Project Management requirements
Assist project management team on PMO implementation
Assist in conducting the Monthly Project Review Meetings
Preparing the Management reports and MOMs
Ensuring the documentation for ISO compliances. Assist in internal and external PMO Audits. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in civil engineering + masters degree in project management and/or an MBA in Project Management from NICMAR or similar institutes. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Having PMP or Prince2 accreditation will be an added advantage
Basic understanding of ISO quality management systems
4 to 6 years of overall experience in Project Planning/Coordination (preferably with a minimum of 2 year in hydropower sector). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for the interaction of local and foreign stakeholders
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project/ Primavera 6 or similar is desirable
Proficiency in M365 and related tools
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Proficient in co-ordination and communication and monitoring. A positive and dedicated team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Additional Information
