Asst Engineer/Manager - PMO

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planning Manager/Engineer to join our team. This role requires understanding of Project Management in Engineering Consultancy space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting, monitoring, co-ordination with the Project Management Team of ARY India.

The key responsibilities of the proposed position include,

• Acquire the knowledge of the AFRY s Project Management Guidelines.
• Ensuring the compliance of the Project Management requirements
• Assist project management team on PMO implementation
• Assist in conducting the Monthly Project Review Meetings
• Preparing the Management reports and MOMs
• Ensuring the documentation for ISO compliances.
• Assist in internal and external PMO Audits.

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering + master s degree in project management and/or an MBA in Project Management from NICMAR or similar institutes.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Having PMP or Prince2 accreditation will be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of ISO quality management systems
• 4 to 6 years of overall experience in Project Planning/Coordination (preferably with a minimum of 2 year in hydropower sector).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for the interaction of local and foreign stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project/ Primavera 6 or similar is desirable
• Proficiency in M365 and related tools
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in co-ordination and communication and monitoring.
• A positive and dedicated team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
