Job Description:

Role: - IT Service Desk Executive

• Providing technical assistance across pan India by resolving day-to-day tickets.

addressing users tickets for basic troubleshooting and resolving all issue within TAT

time.

• Manage user account, groups, and permission within Active Directory & window

password through Active Directory.

• Responsible for responding to bank employee's e-mail & call inquires and providing

related updates via e- mail, phone ensures issues are resolved without escalating call.

• Updating and following up until the Clouser of tickets. In case of any unresolved issue,

escalate them through email and ensure user concern are addressing promptly.

• Escalating IT / application infrastructure issue with concern vendor or application team.
