Required Skills and Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, such as cloud computing, cyber security, software, or managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:.
Experience Required.
- 3 years to 5 years relevant.
- Experience in selling IT services or solutions to specific industries (e.g ,IT Infra FMS & AMC).
- Knowledge of the latest IT trends and technologies used in IT Infra .
- Established network within the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry, including SMEs and large enterprises.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and utilizing digital tools like LinkedIn and CRM systems.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business challenges and goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategies to expand the company's footprint in the IT market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Stay updated on the company's IT products and services, including software, hardware, and IT consulting solutions.
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical clients, showcasing the value and benefits of IT solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
