UI/UX Designer- Ultra

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand project goals
• and user requirements
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas
• Create Information Architecture for complex projects to organize and structure information in a logical and intuitive manner
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and optimized for a seamless user experience across various digital platforms
• (web, mobile, etc.)
• Capability of dynamically converting designs to dark mode
• Ensure consistency in design across different products and platforms
• Have a strong understanding and knowledge of micro-animations
• Ability to implement Complex and logical prototyping and balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs, providing them with necessary
• design assets and specifications
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and development
• To design and manage design systems for multiple projects

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven 3+ years work experience as a UI/UX Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma , Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UI/UX design
• Knowledge of basic front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design and prototyping tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
