Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented candidate with some prior experience in solid background in paid media marketing, specifically with expertise in Google Ads. This role is crucial for enhancing our online advertising campaigns and optimizing performance to achieve better ROI for our marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook Instagram).
Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure campaign goals are met, including ROI and conversion targets.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
Utilize Excel to analyze campaign data, employing pivot tables for detailed insights and reporting.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement.
A/B test different campaign elements to continually improve performance and effectiveness.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Prepare and present performance reports, offering actionable recommendations based on data insights.
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor campaigns to meet their specific needs.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 1 year experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google and Meta ads.
Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and interpret pivot tables.
Previous experience in an agency setting is highly preferred.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
