We are a 100% remote modern accounting concern.About the RoleYou need to ensure that tasks are well-planned, prioritized, are meeting their deadlines, and are completed at the highest level of qualityYou need to Oversee, communicate & be responsible for a group of our clients to ensure that they are well-serviced from A-Z.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Onboarding new clients
• Review the day-to-day work performed by the team to ensure that everything is on track
• Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of all tasks related to the group of clients that are assigned to you
• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Work on bookkeeping, client onboarding (ex: cleaning up messy files), sales taxes, and payroll
• Spearhead projects that improve the efficiency of our bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.
• Manage team, including training, goal setting, task reviews & performance reviews
• Create systems, automation, and processes to streamline operations and create more consistency and efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

• You have 3+ years of experience managing a team, including everything from training to performance reviews
• Graduate/Post Graduate In commerce/finance stream i.e. B.Com/M.Com/ MBA
• CA/CPA/CMA/CFA
• You are a clear communicator
• You are interested in productivity and implementing and/or tweaking systems to make things run smoother
• You are a problem solver
• You like working in a fast-paced environment
• You are able to take a messy set of books and turn it into something pretty.
• You are exceptionally structured & organized
• You have experience creating budgets, cash-flow projections, and consolidations
• You have experience with various online accounting systems, notably, Xero & Quickbooks Online
