We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to oversee and enhance our technology management at the firm. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our technology strategy, ensuring our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI solutions, and software development initiatives support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, client service, and overall business performance within the finance sector.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the firms overall business objectives. Identify new technological trends and opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
• Technology Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the firm’s technology infrastructure, including software, hardware, cloud services, and internal systems, ensuring that they are secure, reliable, and efficient.
• AI Integration: Lead initiatives to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into our service offerings, enabling the automation of accounting processes, data analysis, and improved decision-making capabilities.
• Cybersecurity Management: Ensure the highest levels of cybersecurity protection, maintaining strict protocols to safeguard client data, financial systems, and proprietary information against potential threats and breaches.
• Software Development & Implementation: Manage the development and implementation of custom software solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business and enhance our clients’ experience.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and grow a talented technology team while collaborating closely with leadership across departments to drive technology-driven change and improvements.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure access to the best tools and resources available.
• Budgeting & Resource Management: Oversee the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for technology-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• At least 5- 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in IT strategy, software development, and systems architecture.
• Proven experience in managing technology in the finance or accounting industry, including implementing cybersecurity protocols and AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver technology projects on time and within scope.
• Skills:
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies as they apply to accounting and finance processes.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and protocols, including risk management and compliance.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data architecture, and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
