Desired profile of the candidate:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the D2C sector. Proven experience in retail marketing and developing retail growth strategies. Successful track record of planning and executing product launches.
