Aera Manager - Ahmedabad (HVAC / Insulation)

Role & responsibilities :

Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the MEP, HVAC sector.

Analyze market demands and customer needs to tailor business development strategies accordingly.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, online platforms, and referrals.

Initiate and manage the prospecting process to identify and qualify potential clients for MEP/HVAC projects.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our MEP/HVAC services.

Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.

Proposal Development:

Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals in response to client requirements.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with the technical capabilities and standards of our MEP/HVAC services.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Achieve and exceed sales targets for MEP projects and services.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the MEP industry.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with engineering, project management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our PEB, MEP, HVAC business segment. The BDM will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and promoting our MEP/HVAC services to key stakeholders.
