Telecaller Stage 1

Job Description:

1 Outbound Calls:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients based on provided

leads or lists.

• Cold Calling on provided data
• Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients.

2 Customer Interaction:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer queries, provide information, and resolve issues as

necessary.

3 Sales and Upselling:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or key performance

indicators (KPIs).

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

4 Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and transactions.
• Update customer information and track lead progress in the CRM system.

5 Follow-Up:

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build

relationships.

• Address any additional questions or concerns raised by the customer.

3. Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
7. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
