Maintains the standard library (Word + Sharepoint).

Monitor and qualify the intake of new opportunities.

Interact with sales team members to get better understanding of upcoming opportunity.

(Salesforce).

Review queue of outstanding opportunities to ensure an accurate status is provided.

Audit the tickets to ensure the appropriate documentation is included.

(JIRA).

Review content and provide status reports to stakeholders.

(PowerBI).

Monitor KPIs and alert when actions are required..
