Job Description
- Highly organized

- Coordinate internal pre and post client calls to debrief on the goals, objectives, agenda, and deliverables of the call.

- Attend client calls to observe and document the discussion.
- Create drafts of project initiation and solution design documents. Maintains the standard library (Word + Sharepoint)
- Monitor and qualify the intake of new opportunities. Interact with sales team members to get better understanding of upcoming opportunity. (Salesforce)
- Review queue of outstanding opportunities to ensure an accurate status is provided. Audit the tickets to ensure the appropriate documentation is included. (JIRA)
- Review content and provide status reports to stakeholders. (PowerBI)
- Monitor KPI s and alert when actions are required.
