Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing Offline CMM programming and execution in PCDMIS software .
• Continuous shopfloor support for FAI, Trouble shooting, continuous improvement and for production parts in CMM Inspection.
• Carry out programming related activity Ex. CMM program collision detection, validation, SOP.
• Create MSOP and approval from customer.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, engineering drawing, manufacturing process, requirement for aerospace industry & GD & T.
• Attending cross functional team meeting to define inspection technique.
• Good communication skills, to interact with cross function team during New Product Development.

Skill Sets

• Well versed in PCDMIS software, able to do offline programming.
• Well versed in GD&T and drawing understanding
• .
