Job Title CMM Programmer cum IQC Tooling (MODUS)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for CMM programming & operating. (MODUS SOFTWARE)
2. Should handle Inspection activities of Press tools CNC Fixtures Moulds and all the Child parts of tooling.
3. Other than CMM Should be able to perform Manual Inspection using v/c, Mic, hight master, gauges, etc.
4. Should know about Documentation of QA lab.
5. Responsible for Incoming Inspection as well as Tooling Inspection.
6. Responsible for making inspection reports and Approvals.
7. Co-ordination with end users for Inspection activity and achieving the task within the Timeline.

Skill Sets

• Functions and concepts of Press tools, Moulds, CNC Fixtures and Part holding Devices
• Thorough Knowledge on GD&T used in Designs.
• Knowledge about Measuring Instruments and Measuring Methods.
• OMM and VMM will be an added advantage

Indicative Years of Experience: 5-8

Educational Background: Diploma in tool and die making or Any Relevant experience Related to Tooling and CMM
