We are looking for an enthusiastic person who thrives on perfection, loves working with hands, and takes care of each detail. you could be a perfect fit for our team.

Your job will be to ensure that watches are carefully service, polish and prepare for the highest standards before they are returned to our customers.

You will be using specialized polishing and grinding and watchmaking equipments to refurbish watch cases bracelets and service watches, all while adhering to brand guidelines and quality standards.

We will provide all the support and training needed for the selected candidate.

Qualification:

• High school diploma / non-technical degree ( or equivalent).
• Watchmaking diploma or certification.

Note: having any prior experience in watchmaking is a plus.

Technical skills / Abilities:

• High level of dexterity and focus to handle small parts, with strong attention to detail.
• Adhere to the brand’s quality standards and procedures.
• Ability to solve problems by using adequate process and tools available.
• Having computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and capability of becoming a team player.
• Ability to adjust the escapement, hairspring etc.
• Capability of performing a complete overall on the basic movements.
• Open mindset for learning is a must.

Key responsibilities:

• Describe the condition of the watch to be evaluated.
• Identify the root cause of the problem in accordance with requirements.
• Select the adequate service in accordance with the brand policy.
• Evaluate the spares needed to resolve the problem.
• Continuous coordination with the team/administration according to the responsibilities assigned.
• Shall be able to deliver the assigned work in accordance with workload requirements.
• Understand, learn and performance polishing of watches if necessary.
