Manager/Sr. Manager - Manufacturing Engineering.

Role & responsibilities:

• Overview and lead team of Engineers in Manufacturing Engineering to meet agreed organizational performance plans and guide them as and when required.

• Standardize Engineering process & guide team members to improve the process of new product development.

• Guide the team of Manufacturing Engineering for exceptional performance so that optimal cutting tools and parameters are selected.

• Interact with customer for timely delivery of FAIs.
• Involvement in cross functional department like production, SCM and quality in procuring machines and equipment as and when new products are added and in ROI analysis

• Overview & approve selection of cutting tools.

• Coordination with SCM for product processing and procurement related activity.

• Man Power planning, utilization and control of staff members working closely with Human Resources Department.

• Knowledge pertaining to milling, turning, grinding, drilling, spray printing, pad printing, plastic and molding components and assembly techniques to the team members.
• work experience in WCM, TPM , Lean & Six sigma methodologies.
