Job Description:

- Maintain strong working knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures and identify exceptions to a policy with potential resolutions.

- A good understanding of risk, credit policies, and procedures.

- Setting up standards and policies for operating procedures that are reviewed on a regular basis.

- Facilitate the development of clearly defined & updated policies & procedures for risk management.

- Assist in the establishment of a limits structure for the NBFC and for managing the risk concentration.

- Establish a mechanism for reporting of excess/exceptions to approved limits.

- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the compliance function as and when required.

- Conducting risk management meeting and taking minutes.

- Incident reporting management.

- Conducting RCSA

- Cyber security analysis

- Organising business continuity plan activities.

- Able to manage MIS in timely manner.
