Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate sales Activities, processing orders along with follow-up with customers to ensure Satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and client, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and action plans based on sales data.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, orders, and invoices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the sales function
• Fluent English Communication

Preferred candidate profile

• No less than bachelors degree.
• Strong organizational and me management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication on skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is a plus.
